If your life feels really BIG and overwhelming, you are hard on yourself, you give more than you receive, and you are anxious even while you sleep, there is something more worthwhile to explore. I invite you to stop hyper-focusing on all the tedious, minor details and see the essence of who you are and what you need. You are lovely, you are doing so much, and you have permission to relax. I am here to give you some simple tools that are antidotes to stress. You have all you need within you to rebalance and heal. I can be your nurturing guide on this journey.

My purpose is to help you reduce stress and uplift your body and mind. I strive to be respectful, nurturing, and comforting to your needs. Through healing modalities such as Restorative Yoga, sound healing, and reiki, I invite you to slow down and recover from being busy, anxious, and stressed out. By learning this ritual of pause for self-empathy with me, you can be empowered to bring out the most authentic version of yourself and to share your highest contribution with others.
